Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Request must be submitted within 1 day of delivery, with the item unused and in its original packaging.
- Approval Process: Once your request is verified, we will arrange for a replacement.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Personalized or digital products are not eligible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel your order or subscription by following these steps:
- Log in to your account and navigate to "Orders" or "Subscriptions".
- Select the order/subscription and click the "Cancel" button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.
Please note that some cancellations may incur a fee or may not qualify for a full refund.
